We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) at Tide Dry Cleaners. Our CSR's are the most energized and friendly people in the industry. They represent our brand well.

We are looking for dependable/reliable and hard working customer service representatives (front of the store). Customer service experience is preferred but for the right candidate, we would be happy to train you.

What exactly would I do?

Primarily focused on front of house customer service, interacting with customers and the closing of our store daily. Your #1 priority will be ensuring a positive, best in class customer experience for our Tide Dry Cleaners’ clientele.

Do you have what it takes?

You must be great with customers, a natural conversationalist with a genuine desire to get to know our regular customers. At the same time, it will be helpful if you are computer savvy and a problem solver.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Introduce Tide Cleaners benefits to new customers in an upbeat / exciting manner
• Build customer loyalty through personalized service (go the extra mile to delight)
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment

Our stores are clean, bright and fresh! Our process is completely non-toxic using Green Earth dry cleaning technology (and Tide/Downy products). We have a full-service drive thru for drop off & pick-up.

Ideal CSRs will have:

- Passion for people & customer service

- Positive attitude and a strong team-oriented work ethic

- Able to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment

- NO Dry Cleaning experience required!
