Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Scarlet Blvd, Florida

Type of Role: Temp to Hire

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Global Edge is an award-winning recruitment agency connecting projects worldwide with the industry’s most talented project professionals. Our team is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Answer phones and direct them to either sales or customer service.
• Creating packing slips out of our customer portal.
• Entering customer orders from our order platform into our SAP computer systems.
• Scanning invoices into our docuware platform.
• Filing and supplying customers tracking numbers when their order ships.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):

• High school diploma.
• Two years or more in customer service environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Standard working hours: 8:00am to 5pm
