The Occasions Group (formerly known as Carlson Craft), the preferred printing partner for all of life's events, is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative! In this role you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, quality experience while providing information on our products and answering and resolving a variety of inquiries.
Your Shift: Flexible scheduling within our call center hours of Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Central Time.
Your Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and making outbound calls, and document information from conversations.

Verify the accuracy of order information and typeset orders accurately.

Review and recommend grammar corrections.

Provide information and pricing about products and print processes.

Navigate and promote our website.
-
Upsell coordinating items while identifying and sharing trends.

Research and resolve concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
-
Serve as a translator for the company as needed (if bilingual).
You Must Have:

Previous customer service experience.

Ability to multi-task.

Strong computer proficiency.
-
Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Basic math skills.
-
Detail-oriented.

Good organizational skills.

Must work well independently and within a team.
