Customer Service Associate Representative
Location: 100% remote for now, possibility to go hybrid so need to be local to Orlando, FL
Schedule:
- Training: Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm EST (2-3 weeks)
- Post-training: Monday - Friday; 10am - 7pm EST
Pay: $12.46 - $22.80/hr
Contract Period: ASAP - 4/28/2023 (possibility for permanent placement/extension based on performance and business need)
Description and Responsibilities:
- Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
- Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
- Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
- Entry point into professional roles.
