Soccer Shots East County, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative who enjoys finding solutions and innovating for complex problems. We are Mission Focused on creating a safe space for families, children, and educators. In this Administrative Assistant role, you will perform various administrative duties, be responsible for phones that ring off the hook, and organizing the office (be it inventory, office supplies, or calling others up).

DUTIES:

• Love answering our multi line phone system
• Enroll awesome families into our programs
• Responsible for storage and inventory management
• Work within the Operations Department
• Help implement and improve administrative procedures
• Process mail, complete data entry and be accountable for our online platforms
• Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned
• Coach 5-8 classes per week (EVERYONE on our team coaches :) and we provided internal training!)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available Tuesday-Friday from 8:00AM-12:00PM and Sat. 7:30-1:00pm (option for more hours if needed)
• MAC OS, PC, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent and super FUN interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
