Postal Annex is your one-stop-shop for shipping, private mailbox rentals, design & letterhead and other printing and copy services, digital fingerprinting, key cutting, passport photos, gifts, greeting cards, and so much more! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative available to work up to 20 hours a week to start, between 9am & 6pm and may include Saturdays. Special consideration given to candidates with prior UPS Store, Postal Annex or other similar experience.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Delivering outstanding customer services to customers
• Being proactive in assigned daily tasks
• Sorting mail and packages
• Processing sales and shipping transactions
• Learning to operate all equipment, software, and devices - Packaging, copying, laminating, binding, key cutting, organizing, and cleaning
• Ability to provide graphic design and Photoshop tasks
• Strong verbal/written skills, to include spelling and math.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Ability to lift and move 35lb

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of retail customer service experience
• Minimum of 1 year of postal experience

• Some graphic design experience is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Are legally able to obtain a Notary license
• High school diploma or GED minimum educational requirement
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work some Saturdays and be on call while owners are out of town
