Job Description: This is a dual role position with responsibilities bridging between two different departments, Sales and Operations
Communication:
Gather and provide information across departments as necessary (e.g. sales, operations, warehouse, etc.)
Cooperation:
Work cooperatively and professionally with others, acting as backup as necessary and provide assistance to other departments (e.g. returns processing, resolving discrepancies with invoices, orders, shipment, etc.)

Job Description: This is a dual role position with responsibilities bridging between two different departments, Sales and Operations
- The Customer Service Representative role provides sales support to customers (internal and external)
- Plays a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships by assisting customers with inquiries, quotations and orders.
- Responsible for setting up customer accounts, customer cross references, pricing records, etc.
- Works both internally and externally with parties to anticipate and resolve issues both quickly and accurately
- Work in a close team environment
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions to ensure resolution
- Process customer sales orders, returns, and general account information
- The Operations Coordinator role provides assistance with daily operational activities to ensure smooth daily operations of a growing and profitable business
- Support the branch/operations manager with daily operational activities within various functions of the business.
- Maintains reports, tracks and monitors inventory levels, including vendor stock levels.
- Identify and resolve problems that may arise in daily operational processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company and compliance databases and websites
- Assist in Quality Control measures
- Assist with order entry, run and review reports to manage past due orders.
- Review and maintain invoicing data, to include contacting vendors as needed
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely invoicing and receipt of payments.
- Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed
- Assist Shipping/Receiving by reviewing packing slips and other documents to ensure accurate data
Communication:

- Meet or exceed KPI (Key Performance Indicators) / metrics and assist in continuous improvement processes
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A positive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations
- Superior communication skills (interpersonal, written, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills (including time management, prioritization, multi-tasking & attention to detail)
- Experience with general operation activities, inventory management, databases, or similar software is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and overall strong computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner
