Due to our growth, we have a rare opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Cohoes, NY office. While this is on-site for now, it will possibly be remote in the future.

You will provide customer support, create and manage technician dispatches and create parts orders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer questions via phone on all company supported software applications,
• Provide support for company products.
• Utilize In-House tools to appropriately dispatch field technicians.
• Answer general program questions from motorists.
• Provide inbound sales support.
• Initiate and respond to emails with clear and professional language.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
• Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
• Other duties and responsibilities as introduced.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• General technical knowelge a plus
• Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to learn and generate knowledge to support new applications and products.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
