Job Position: Customer Support and Success Specialist
Responsibilities:
High volume of customer calls both consumer and dealer
Order entry and processing
Expected to learn and possess a full understanding of our product and its function.
Dealer and consumer service, strategy and trouble shooting
Collaborate with staff to consistently improve on service levels
Embrace our campaigns, culture and efforts
Work on various special projects and tasks
Requirements:
