About the Job

This position is to service customers by processing orders, scheduling shipments, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications
Education: High School degree required. Some college courses would be preferred.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years customer service experience required.
Skills: Must possess sufficient computer skills to take and process orders, as well as to develop and maintain spreadsheets and schedules. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word. Good communication, grammar, spelling, and math skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

Abilities: Must have demonstrated an ability to work with customers and resolve issues. Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Behaviors: Individual must always practice a high level of integrity in their daily work and maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
