Overview:OnlineComponents.com, a Master Electronics Company, has multiple exciting career opportunities for Customer Service Representative at our Phoenix, AZ location.

*
Hourly Wage:*

  • Starting: $16.50 per hour + quarterly bonus
  • 6 Months: $17.00
  • 1 Year: $18.00
  • 2 Year $19.00

Schedule:
Monday – Friday (rotational work from home days available after 6-months)
Training Class 02/27: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
After training is complete either, 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:Assist customers with:

  • Placing orders
  • Check order status
  • Provide order quotes
  • Assist with adjusting orders

Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide customer-focused service
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
  • Ability to multi-task

Education and Experience:

  • 1+ year of relevant work experience with direct customer interaction, preferably in a customer care center atmosphere

Work Environment:
