We are seeking a driven, well-spoken person to add to our wonderful group of customer service representatives. Benefits include paid personal time off, medical, dental and Aflac insurance as well as a retirement plan. Pre-employment drug screen is required. Our current opportunity is for a full time or part time position.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist clients and patients in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
• Handle and direct all telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Prepare paperwork for the next day
• Make courtesy calls
• Communicate client and patient information to Technicians and Veterinarians
• Schedule appointments and boarding reservations
• Admit and discharge patients
• Process payments
• Dispense food and over the counter supplies
• Handle miscellaneous correspondences
• Maintain computer records
• Reconcile invoices and payments at the end of the day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
