Customer Service Representative

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Representative for ImproveU you will be responsible for handling support claims for ImproveU clientele. This will include customer retention, troubleshooting technical issues, problem solving, process improvement and administrative duties.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Customer Service Representative, are to:
- Manage new client onboarding administrative procedures and processing of program payments.
- Customer support for inbound inquiries.
- Administrative support to executive leadership and ImproveU staff.
- Own client success communications from an inbound support perspective.
- Follow up on inquiries for programs from prospective clients and conduct an intro between prospective client and the sales team to take over the inquiry.
- Send greeting correspondence with a bracelet to each new Inner Circle program clients.
- Track and maintain record of all client birthdays as well as send birthday emails.
- Responsible for maintaining System of Operations manual templates, processes and procedures.
- Manage ImproveU workload and process through effective problem solving solutions, execution of daily tasks, and administration duties.
- Assist additional stakeholders such as sales, marketing, coaching and operations in various projects.
- Some travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written);
- Demonstrate initiative, assertiveness and ability to drive results;
- Strong business acumen, influencing and critical thinking skills;
- Financial and time management proficiency;
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced and matrixed environment;
- Strong computer and presentation skills (proficiencies in Google Docs/Word, Google sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, Google Calendar);
- Willingness to travel to occasional team events and trainings;
- Proven interest in supporting collaboration and teamwork within a strong team structure;
- Passionate and driven to exceed client and stakeholder expectations.
- Be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field of study.
- Demonstrate product and program knowledge.

Compensation Structure:
- $16 per hour
- Potential to earn commission.
