Group ISO is currently seeking a new Customer Service Representative as part of our team in Newport Beach, California. Our company is rated as one of the top brands to cater to a wide variety of merchants and their credit card processing needs in the payments industry. Since 2001 Group ISO has partnered with our merchants, agents, referral partners and local banks to grow their businesses by giving them the tools and knowledge necessary to accept credit cards as a form of payment, especially in the current landscape.

We are seeking a determined and hard-working Customer Service Technician, focused on retaining relationships and growing our organization.

The position:

• Inbound and outbound service calls to help resolve any technical issues, service inquiries including but not limited to credit card terminals, payment gateways, and other payments solutions we provide
• Learn and manage our current online and retail payment solutions
• Learn and utilize our CRM to help organize and prioritize calls, tickets etc.
• Account maintenance such as processing and executing merchant account changes
• Working with sales and other parts of your team to narrow down your focus and create opportunity through additional innovative solutions
• Ongoing industry training is provided to all lucky candidates who join our team
• Full time, 8-5 PM Monday – Friday
