Job description
Express Employment is seeking Customer Service Representative that will work under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager in processing orders and assisting customers with order inquiries and other requests. This position is located in Kenosha, WI working 1st shift hours, Monday to Friday and temporary to hire.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
1. Enter, route, confirm and process sales orders.
2. Perform order inquiries; Provide freight tracking, lead times, freight quotes and charges.
3. Maintain special shipping instructions for shipping, dock appointments, required documents, etc.
4. Data entry of invoices and Inventory management
5. Research damaged freight and process freight claims.
6. ERP experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
