Customer Service Representative
Job description
Job Summary:
Customer Service Reps are a key point of contact for customers. They are relied upon to provide excellent customer service at each interaction. They are dedicated and responsible with a passion for safety and follow state codes and regulations as well as company procedures. The CSR will receive and handle inbound calls from new potential customers, as well as conduct outbound calls.
Education and Experience:
HS Diploma, with 2-5 years’ experience in Business development sales, telemarketing, and / or cold calling, in a sales environment, Customer service call center experience. Use of business / office tools such as CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Microsoft Office products, internet. The ability to use computer and telephony systems, visual, audio, and manual dexterity capabilities are essential to the work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $675.00 - $950.00 per week
