Customer Service Representative

Blue Ocean Wealth Solutions, LLC is looking to hire a Part-Time Bilingual Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative for our rapidly growing Benefits Consulting Team. The position is located in Western Nassau County in the Village of East Hills, Long Island.

Job Responsibilities:

· The Customer Service Representative is tasked with following a “Red Carpet” client experience

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a friendly voice and positive attitude

• Keep up-to-date weekly reports using Excel capturing billing cycles and other information

• Solve client issues and questions in a quick and efficient timeframe

• Send out emails and letters to clients and create a system for follow-up

• Other projects as needed

Skills Required:

• Experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft office- Word, Excel & Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Prefer 1 year of Customer Service experience

• Bi-lingual Spanish & English is Mandatory

Part-Time position: (30 Hours weekly) to start, with the possibility of going full-time

Salary: Between $20 - $25 an hour depending on experience
