MUST LIVE in Phoenix, AZ, equipment provided ON-SITE day 1; 1 week of training remote, 2 weeks of side-by-side ON-SITE, production work remote thereafter.

• Preferred but not required to have customer service experience in a call center setting

What you’ll do:

• Assist callers by phone with account management regarding a number of inquiries
• Provide an iconic customer experience and execute calls with empathy
• Absorb skills and techniques in training and apply them to your calls
• Take and process information with accuracy
• Meet personal performance goals

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of basic Windows-based programs
• Typing speed of 25wpm with accuracy
• 1 year of experience preferred but not required
• Your own USB headset and high-speed internet (hard-wired)
