Membership Engagement Specialists are responsible for responding with superior customer service skills to our members and assisting them with questions and navigating the complex healthcare world. Initiates welcome emails / texts / calls, completes data entry, and works on creating provider relationships. This team member works with Client Success Advocates to establish success data points for each client. Distributes educational materials and hosts sessions for clients to build the brand and rapport.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help answer phones
- Call Members to respond to their questions
- Assist Members in the complex healthcare world
- Resolve Member concerns
- Facilitate Non-Medical needs by communicating with multiple departments
- Obsess over our Members to provide easy and truly affordable healthcare.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
REQUIRMENTS
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role with a heavy emphasis over the phone.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
- Happy and friendly disposition; highly self-motivated individual with the ability to be a great team player, reliable and strong oral and written communication skills.
