Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure they are meeting performance goals
- Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer experience
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to customers
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equipment
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, management, transportation, customer success, logistics, and trucking
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with customer service software and tools
