Essential Duties

• Customer service.
• Process orders.
• Freight management.
• Developing & implementing strategic plans to increase sales & market share.
• Contact prospective & current customers on daily basis to solicit sales of products.
• Achieve annual sales & gross margin targets.
• Assist with promotional materials for sales support, trade shows and other promotional events.
• Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Very strong computer skills are a MUST (should be proficient in Microsoft office and Quick Books).
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills & interpersonal skills.
• Independent-Problem solving / analytical skills.
• Persistent /goal orientated, high energy, driven with commitment to succeed.
• Time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter, detail oriented and able to do multiple tasks at once.
• Dependable, ability to work with limited supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred.
• Min 3 years customer service and or sales experience preferred.
• Creative/Strong negotiation skills.
• High energy, driven & a commitment to succeed.
• Food & Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,694.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Small office environment with limited outside visitors. Hence, almost no Covid risk.
