*A day in the life of a Customer Service Rep can look like:*
- Taking calls from clients and assisting them with their service needs
- Scheduling a team of 10-15 dedicated technicians
- Issue purchase orders at the request of the technician for supplies or parts needed
- Communicating with clients on findings from technicians and scheduling additional visits as needed
- Ensuring technicians time for the week is accurate and input correctly

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma/GED
- 3-5 years customer service experience
- HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast paced and frequently changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
