Current openings are for Full-Time Customer Service Call Center Professionals. Candidates must be energetic and detail-oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor and clear speaking voice.

The position will require all Customer Call Service Call Center Professionals to work onsite at our office. Monday - Friday (8:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. additional shifts with evening hours are available.)

Responsibilities include:

• Provide customer service support to our various clients' customers
• Answering heavy inbound calls and assisting the caller in whatever capacity necessary
• Assisting customers with multiple orders, shipping, taxes, and completing /placing orders
• Provide membership support by updating membership information, membership benefits, canceling memberships as requested
• Answering general customer questions and doing required research if necessary.

Requirements

• Call Center experience is preferred
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong grammar and spelling are high needed in this position.
• Must be dependable and organized with a mindset of a team player.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to take accurate notes as needed
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary: We start all new Customer Service Professionals at $17.25 per hour

Pay: $35,880.00 - $36,900.00 per year
