We are looking to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Control supplies to sales floor
- Process employee purchases
- Take payments
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Process, package, ship customers internet orders
- Make change for registers and supplies for sales floor
- Gift wrap customers merchandise purchased at Dillard’s
- Any other directions given by Officer manager or Management
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Computer operation, packaging and gift wrapping
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of operations and events
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
