As one of the state's fastest-growing law firms, it's easy to see that each employee is individually fundamental to our success. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and communicative Customer Service Assistant to add to our diligent Client Relations team!
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Work directly with members of the Client Relations department to answer client calls and communicate case status in the most efficient manner
- Work with the department supervisor to brainstorm and implement new strategies
- Stay up-to-date on productivity and case status spreadsheets, and effectively communicate relevant information to department members
- Answer and translate calls, and effectively relay pertinent legal information in easy-to-understand terms
- Contribute to the positive, stimulating environment of the department
