America’s Floor Source, one of the nation’s largest flooring companies, is seeking full-time flooring customer service associates for its Indianapolis location. Candidates should have exceptional attention to detail as well as strong multitasking and communication skills. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service to fill two long term roles.

The customer service representative would perform tasks including:

• Interacting with field service technicians, installers, superintendents regarding warranty issues.
• Processing service and inspection paperwork
• Resolving customer service issues
• Data entry
• Answering phones and emails
• General administrative tasks

Requirements

• Passion for customer service
• Strong computer skills (proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel)
• First-rate written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, results oriented, and accountable
