As a Front Desk Agent you will be the face our guests see when they arrive. As such, customer service and social skills will take you far!
During an average shift you will be responsible for:
all check-ins and guest requests.
refreshing and restocking supplies as needed.
answering phone calls.
making reservations.
washing/drying/folding linens as needed.
maintaining a till.
This position will typically work a shift consisting of Shifts outside of these hours, while infrequent, may occur.
This position is a great entry point into hospitality work as well as a stepping stone for those looking to advance as our company looks to promote from within.
