We have a new Customer Service Assistant Manager opportunity in our Tampa, FL office. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team!

Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: $50,000.00

Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site customer service team & supervise day-to-day operations.
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Maintain regular attendance and dependability of team.
  • Troubleshoot elevated calls & email inquiries to provide solutions.
  • Use dispatch software to dispatch drivers nationwide
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to data entry, documentation skills, organization
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Customer Service Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • This is an in-office position, not remote.
