Customer Service Assistant/Dispatcher

We have a new Dispatcher opportunity in our Tampa, FL office. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team!
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.00
Available Shift:
6:00 am to 3:00 pm – Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Reviewing and completing emails
- Use dispatch software to dispatch drivers nationwide
- Maintain regular attendance and dependability
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to data entry, documentation skills, organization
Requirements:
- 2+ years Customer Service Experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- This is an in-office position, not remote.
