Contractors State License Schools, the #1 Contractors Exam Prep School in California, is seeking an Customer Service Assistant for our CIA (Construction Insurance Agency) in Van Nuys, CA office.

Job Details:

· First point of contact and provide general support for our customers and students.

· Assist the department with day to day support of the insurance agents and students.

· Assist with certificates of insurance and policy change requests.

· Maintain automated filing system and data input.

· Ongoing maintenance of Customer Management System files.

· Submit Daily Activity Report to Department Head on a daily basis.

· Must be proficient in MS Office and Windows based systems.

Requirements:

· Education: high school diploma or equivalent desired

· Customer Service: 2 years

· Administrative Assistant Experience: 2 years

· Spanish: Fluency Required

· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday| 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Friday|8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $17.00/ hour + quarterly bonuses
