• Shift: PT - 6am – 10am and 3pm to 7pm– Lake Mary, FL (4hrs) or FT Split
• Monday to Friday

• Must greet all passengers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Able to work standing all 4 hours
• Ability to work in a high stress environment and diffuse situations that may arise
• Must know how to problem solve in assessing situations that impact the Passenger safety
• Able to work in front of public and communicate clearly, effectively and professionally
• Employees will be expected to perform duties in outside environments and possible various weather conditions.

• High School Diploma or GED (please bring a copy to interview)
• Must be able to produce 2 government-issued ID’s showing current information
• Able to read, write, speak and understand the English
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Customer Service field
• Familiarity with Orlando and the Orlando area attractions and hotels
• People-oriented and excellent communication skills

• 100% of the position requires you to be able to speak and hear clearly
• 95% of the position requires you to be able to walk or stand during the majority of the day
• You may be asked to lift up to 30lbs
• You may be asked to climb a ladder, stairs or hills, Bend, Stoop, Push, Pull, Reach overhead, Kneel or Crawl should the position require it
