Job Title: Customer Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary:

The Customer Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for representing the Company's brand, services, and products by interacting with customers, ensuring timely and well-organized delivery of our services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient fulfillment for new customer acquisitions.
  • Coordinate company resources for timely installation of new service requests.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Work closely with other team leaders to maintain scheduling and installation continuity across the company.
  • Help coordinate new product and services launches.
  • Establish quality control methodologies and tracking of issues that are encountered in the process.
  • Work closely with customers as needed for graceful change management.
  • Work closely with technical team to ensure accuracy of engineering and plant records.
  • Become intimately familiar with all company offerings to ensure customer is fully informed of all services that we offer.
  • Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Follow up with post installation with customer calls to ensure that we’ve delivered the highest quality of service and have delighted the customer.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Customer service experience (Phone and In-Person)
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Scheduling and coordination of personnel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use dispatching and calendaring software, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Detailed orientated and quality-focused
  • Experience with paperless environment an advantage

Job Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Phone etiquette: 1 year (Preferred)

Full Time - Non-Exempt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
