Gemini is currently seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to join our team in Liberty Lake, WA or Cannon Falls, MN. This position is M-F, 8:30am-5pm and the starting pay is $19.19 per hour, taking experience into consideration. Benefits start in less than 30 days!

Purpose Statement

• 
  Multi-task to perform daily inside sales work (answer phone calls, enter orders, provide technical advice on product related issues, etc.
• Enter standard order and quotation requests into order entry system.
• Maintain an exemplary customer service/problem solving attitude and handle difficult customer situations to our customer’s satisfaction. Escalate when necessary.
• Increase sales by proactively providing alternative product offerings or solutions to external customers as appropriate.
• Be a technical resource (i.e., style, size, application, mounting, etc.) for standard Gemini products and services with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
• Aid in communication between internal customers (i.e. production, accounting, etc.) and external customers.
• Assist Customer Service Supervisor and Senior Customer Service Representatives with requested duties.
• All other duties as needed for the benefit of the group or organization.

• Computer literate.

• Good mechanical aptitude and abilities
• Good numerical skills and a familiarity with computer data base usage and Internet file transfer.
• Ability to handle incoming calls, manage workflow, and assist with customer concerns as required.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

• Two (2) years post high school education and two (2) years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and customer service.
• Previous experience requiring customer interaction preferred.

• 
  Position typically operates in a professional office environment.

• Periodic travel is required to attend trade shows, visit productions sites and corporate offices, and visit customers.
