About the Role

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member! This position reports to the Market Manager at our IncredibleBank branch location in Iron Mountain, MI and allows you to grow at your own pace, meaning the opportunities are endless for advancement on our team!

In this role, you will have an opportunity to partner with team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own by completing tasks such as:

  • Acts in the capacity of a Customer Ambassador for the bank as well as a universal subject matter expert in all areas of Community Banking, providing high-quality experiences worthy of our brand.
  • Provides leadership, mentoring, and training to team members and assists the Market Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of a bank retail environment. Responsible for serving as a liaison between the customer and bank.
  • Will build and maintain relationships across various products while demonstrating advanced knowledge of consumer and business/central housed accounts, cash management products, personal and business lines of credit, and specialty areas such as ITM Servicing or Digital Branch/Omni Channel Support.
  • Engages with other departments in the organization to ensure that customer centric processes and procedures are developed and implemented as needed. Regularly collaborates with business partners in Deposit Operations, Loan Services, Information Technology, etc. and represents branch location(s) in various re-occurring meetings.
  • Manages staffing assignments and maintains work schedules, ensuring business needs are satisfied throughout business hours of operation. Participates in team rotation for weekend staffing coverage.
  • Works as a liaison between team members and management; resolves or escalates critical customer and personnel issues to the Market Manager as needed.
  • Recommends workplace strategies to build efficiency and achieve market profit, performance, and ICE goals.
  • Meets individual sales accountability expectations and logs all sales activity in the company?s customer relationship management software. Holds staff accountable for sales goals and will counsel or coach as needed.
  • May be responsible for location related projects and/or community focused events.

This is a regular salaried-exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday and 9 am to 12pm CST on Saturdays.

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Familiarity and utilization of digital banking services/banking systems required.
  • Demonstration of leadership in a retail/sales environment required.
  • Experience with customer service, cash handling, and/or retail experience required.
  • A solid understanding of bank regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation preferred.
  • Supervisory/management experience desired.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
  • A high degree of resourcefulness and adaptability.
