Title: Customer Compliance Specialist

Region/Group: H&M East Region-Business Development

The Customer Compliance Specialist is responsible for meeting complete compliance and operational efficiency on behalf of H&M’s customers. The Customer Compliance specialist will be responsible for analyzing, communicating, collaborating and executing varying customer compliance requirements for all new and existing customers. This individual will work cross-departmentally as well as within the Business Development/Marketing organization to ensure compliance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and keep customer third party compliance portals up to date. Upload and submit required documentation into compliance portals
• Monitor third party portal connection requests and coordinate responses by consulting with the associated operational business units
• Lead, analyze and execute all new and current customer prequalification and re-qualification submittals
• Lead, analyze and execute all DOT pre-qualifications and renewals
• Manage, execute and renew required H&M licensing requirements (state, local), etc.
• Update and Manage internal SharePoint site with accurate and up to date compliance and customer provided documents
• Responsible to lead account set ups and logins for new customer portals as needed
• Troubleshoot compliance issues or gaps that may arise
• Other miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred or relevant experience
• Strong verbal communications and writing skills
• Experience managing and analyzing data and customer requirements
• Proven ability to work cross functionally within an organization
• Knowledge and experience of construction industry standards and requirements preferred
• Experience with third party portals and/or licensing preferred
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
