Grow your career as a Customer Care Specialist within AMResorts, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for managing communication and liaison with the hotel teams on behalf of AMRC guests, travel agency partners, Hyatt and TTOO’s customer care teams. They play a critical role in ensuring revenues are maximized by supporting our direct booking guests and travel agents daily.

A successful Customer Care Specialist will:

• Respond to all inquiries received by CC from travel agents, consumers, TTOO partners, Hyatt a and colleagues, track, facilitate and communicate resolution in a timely manner
• Facilitate refund requests
• Log all inquiries in Sales Force
• Work closely with Hotel management to resolve Post travel inquiries
• Participate in weekly Customer Care Team discussions and meetings
• Participate in weekly Sales Team meetings and Trainings
• Work independently on cases assigned

A successful Customer Care Specialist will have:

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience with Travel reservations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Sales Force a plus
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize work and various timelines
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Ability to remain calm while handling stressful situations
