Position Overview:

Communicate with customers, by phone and email, to assist in the coordination of all in-coming service requests and track the status of all outstanding requests on a daily basis. Learn the 1-2-10 Builders Warranty and the Ashton Woods processes; and how they apply to service requests. Effectively and efficiently perform all clerical and administrative support duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Construction and Warranty Teams.
• Process and maintain all in-coming warranty service requests and sign offs.
• Maintain an accurate and up to date status of all outstanding service requests.
• Complete homeowner follow-up sending new homeowner emails.
• Assist in obtaining information required to complete service requests.
• Prepare homeowner orientation packages.
• Maintain supply of warranty documents.
• Maintain Closing Tracker Report; closing out warranty tickets and file sign off.
• Prepare various reports for V.P., and operations team.
• Coordinate breakfast/lunch meetings for team.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• High school degree required
• Experience with MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Residential construction industry experience desired.
• Experience with Sales Force CRM desired.
