We are a leading wholesale supplier seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Associate who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
The candidate will handle a wide variety of administrative, sales support and order fulfillment services.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Ship orders to customers and record tracking information in our internal system
  • Track packages sent to customers
  • Create shipping labels for orders to be shipped to customers
  • Pull inventory for orders to be shipped to customers (includes lifting, carrying, moving products and communicating/ensuring fulfillment with warehouse for heavy items)
  • Ship and bill customers for orders
  • Communicate with customers and investigate any shipping discrepancies
  • Converse with customers via phone, email, our texting software promptly in a professional manner
  • Prepare quotes for customers and work with them to fulfill them
  • Reconcile freight bills to orders placed
  • Restock and organize shelves as needed
  • Light cleaning and sanitizing
  • Work with Supervisor to identify additional tasks as available
  • Help in other aspects of the Showroom/Warehouse when time permits and other areas need assistance
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Confidentiality is a MUST
  • Excellent organizational abilities; multi-tasking; prioritization; time management; meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills including email, excel, and internet-based applications
  • Takes initiative; requires minimal supervision
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required along with having good listening skills
  • Quick learner
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • Communicates roadblocks effectively to Management
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid Driver’s License
