Dip Into Your Role
- Adapts and customizes the Fresh Dips category story and vision for a specific set of customers
- Works with Director of Sales to adapt Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving (AMPS) standards for national and top customers.
- Aides in KPI “score-carding” development for specific customers.
- Works with Pricing/Trade manager to review promotional and shopper marketing programs.
- Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends and devise strategies to increase trade marketing effectiveness while continually looking for growth opportunities.
- Collaborates with Director of Sales and Planner for annual planning for: Distribution, Innovation Adoption, Category development.
- Handles core standard reporting for customer for planning and meetings.
- Builds Retailer knowledge by doing match-ups with customer data and working with retailers/buyers and the sales team to help the customer achieve category success with Sabra.
- Leads the Supply Chain Collaboration process with Walmart and Sam’s Club Replenishment and with internal team. This position is the primary contact with Walmart and Sam’s Club Replenishment Team.
- Processes and Communicates weekly orders for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
- Reports on key metrics and utilizes customer OTIF Scorecards to monitor performance and make recommendations internally for improvement.
- Assist Transportation and Customer Service Team with orders, deliveries and makes recommendations to improve process flow.
- Assist Team Lead and Sales Planner with Forecast Accuracy and participates in team forecast calls.
- Monitors instock position on all SKU’s and makes recommendations to customers to ensure store orders meet inventory needs at DC and Store Level.
- Manage Product Flow of Promotional, New and Discontinued items to minimize waste and meet timelines.
- Manages new item set up, cost changes and communicates lead times, settings etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in Sales, Insights and/or Analytics, Walmart experience in food CPG preferred.
- Knowledge of Walmart Retail Link platform including NOVA and OMS.
- Knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles.
- Independent thought-leader; self-motivated and self-directed work style; ability to work with a diverse team.
- Detail and deadline oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to articulate clear direction and influence others.
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience extracting and analyzing IRI and Nielsen Point of Sale data.
- Has the ability to transform the data into insights.
- Excellent project management, prioritization and resource utilization abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- We are considering talent in Bentonville, Arkansas or Remote.
