SUMMARY: Coordinates the interaction with assigned customers and the transfer of data from their systems to i2-tech’s internal systems. Maintains rapport with all assigned customers to provide customer service that exceeds the customer’s expectations. Accepting orders and confirming accuracy to our systems standard. Scheduling deliveries and facilitating customer requests with production control. Aiding logistics department as needed to schedule customer deliveries. Discusses, coordinates, and resolves customer concerns and issues by using the appropriate internal processes and methods.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effectively communicating with both external customers and internal stakeholders

Job Order Creation

Validates and/or enters orders and forecasts from assigned customers. May include hand entry of orders or using automated systems for order entry.

Coordinates with shipping to maximize logistics and delivery performance

Communicates with customer via phone, email, fax, or any other appropriate method concerning orders, part delivery schedules, ongoing projects, or any other customer related issue.

Manages and oversees a variety of sales reports

Repackages parts for service order quantities

Trains backup customer svc reps, coordinates customer coverage in advance of absences when possible.

Creates and issues requested information via a variety of formats to supervisory personnel and/or company management with appropriate explanation. Formats to include simple emails, phone conversations, spreadsheets, etc.

Works with other departments to achieve common goals of customer service and support to ensure on time production and delivery of parts to customers.

Knows, understands and complies with company quality policies and directives.

Learns, supports and practices continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and quality. Participates in continuous improvement activities, as directed.

Understands and practices safe work habits at all times.

Performs other duties as directed. (Duties may be assigned outside scope of core responsibilities).

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
