The YMCA of the Seacoast Branch is currently seeking a full-time Facility Custodian for a mix of daytimes, evenings and weekends, subject to change for building occupancy and events.

The Facility Custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility on a daily basis. Position involves general custodial/detail work including floor care, locker room/rest room maintenance, cleaning multi-purpose rooms and other general cleaning as needed.

Hourly starting pay range is $13/hour

Principle activities may include any and/or all of the following:

• Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and security of the building during scheduled hours
• Operates all cleaning equipment
• Communicates to the Facility Director and Building Supervisor regarding building status
• Work with custodial checklists on areas throughout facility
• Assist maintenance on certain tasks throughout facility

This is a full-time, hourly position with an extensive benefit package that includes:
