Summary Responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of divisional Bag/Cup product. In event of absence, position will be filled by adequately trained personnel.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

  • The accurate and efficient handling, labeling and packaging of divisional Bulk/Retail product.
  • Shows absolute proficiency in operation of key pack out equipment
  • Ability to maintain processing flow, resulting in absolute operational efficiency
  • In absence or in tandem with a trainer, assists in the training of departmental staff as needed
  • Understands departmental KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), and is committed to meeting or exceeding them on a daily basis
  • Ability to safely and effectively operate Robot packer and elevator
