The Canopy at Boynton Ridge is an upscale retirement community, specializing in assisted living and memory care, located in Ringgold, GA. The Canopy will offer the finest senior living experience in the greater Ringgold and Chattanooga area.

We are seeking a Culinary Assistant - Server/Dishwasher that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

In the role of a Culinary Assistant - Server/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for enhancing the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile. The incumbent will perform table service in a caring, professional, and timely manner.

Culinary Assistant- Server/Dishwasher assists residents with all dining needs, and set up and cleans the dining room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Observe residents' responses if they require additional service and embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
  • Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
