We are equally known for corporate workplace dining and amenity programs, and of course, full-service catering, special events, and culinary festival production. Great Performances is the nation’s first caterer to own and operate its own organic farm, Katchkie Farm located in Kinderhook, NY. We are looking for a Culinary Administrator who will be responsible for buikding and editing new and existing menu items in the Caterxpert Program.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Editing and formatting recipes and documenting R&D
Review and adjust quantifications on all weekly site menus
Detail prep items and submit to prep team
Review R&D and enter prep items and menus into culinary program
Enter menu prep items for ingredients and caloric information
Enter all new seasonal menu items into Caterxpert Program and prep items in the Master Program
Assist culinary team with accurately entering adjusted prep items and menu items in the Caterxpert Program
Other Administrative Tasks assigned by Culinary Director
Distribute paperwork sheets to the prep teams as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
