Job description
TE Certified, a well-established home service company in Roswell, GA is seeking energetic Customer Support Representatives with a positive attitude and customer service mindset. We offer fully covered health insurance premiums for employees, 401k with company match, vacation pay, and holiday pay. This position may require in-person training and will move to a remote full-time position, 40 hours plus overtime as needed, upon the conclusion of the training period. Experience in scheduling for a home service company(HVAC, electrical, plumbing) would be ideal.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls, follow-ups on service, and scheduling new service.
- Interacting with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and schedule services.
- Collecting and entering orders for new or additional services.
- Fielding customer questions and forwarding them to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff when needed.
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' questions.
- Maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details and comments.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with computer skills, and ability to learn new software.
- Possession of a PC with dual monitor capability and internet access at home.
- Consistent access to a quiet space set up at home to work in.
- Availablility to work Tuesday - Saturday 9am-6pm, off on Monday & Sundays.
- Must reside in Georgia and wiling to travel to the Roswell office during training.
