Anesthesiology Group Associates is a Private Practice currently hiring full-time CRNAs for our growing Anesthesia Team.

• Work shift based schedule: 5-8's, 4-10's, 3-13's available; Night shifts 11p-7a also available with differential pay
• Supervised model with board certified anesthesiologists
• Variety of OR cases (No OB, transplant, or pediatric cardiac)
• Epic health record and state of the art ORs
• $30k sign on bonus with 2 year commitment
• Annual Base Salary up to $191,360 depending on years of experience
• $18k Annual Stipend for dedicated Heart & Pediatric specialty team members
• Additional bonus and incentive pay opportunities, including $2k CRNA recruitment bonus and weekend shift incentive
• Annual expense stipend and employer paid BLS/ACLS/PALS recertification courses
• Annual Paid Vacation up to 8 weeks depending on years of experience; Paid Holidays

Anesthesiology Group Associates has been in existence for over 60 years. We currently employ 27 board certified Anesthesiologists, 75 CRNAs, and 11 PAs/NPs. We currently provide anesthesia services at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center including a state-of-the-art Heart & Vascular Institute and free standing Children's Hospital; Surgical Specialty Center, LSU Health Surgery Center, and Lake Surgery Center of Baton Rouge.
