The eCommerce & Demand Center team at Bank of Hawaii delivers intuitive digital customer experiences that drive awareness, customer growth and deepen customer engagement of our market-leading financial solutions. Bank of Hawaii is eager to identify a CRM Business Platform Strategist to work in conjunction with the team leader to provide strategic leadership to drive Bank of Hawaii’s CRM strategy.This role will be responsible for driving the vision for how our CRM platform is used across the organization and will collaborate with business owners, end users and development teams to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. The CRM Business Platform Strategist will be expected to understand and champion the vision of the product, serving as the biggest advocate for the end-users and stakeholders while working closely with Development, Operations, Product, and Sales and Marketing teams.
What you’ll do:
Lead Bank of Hawaii’s CRM strategy and transformation and be a key contributor to future upgrades and capability development
Provide ongoing direction and support of our CRM platform including architecture, business process, system configuration, and customization
Translate business strategy to technology platform strategy and build and enhance the platform from existing ideas and requirements and help to develop new ideas based on your CRM experience and your contact with business leaders.
Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations implementations
Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT teams to implement CRM solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of the platform
