Responsibilities

• Cash receipts processing payments through automated receipts system
• Resolving payment discrepancies with customers
• Credit card batch processing, key all credit card receipts, apply cash, reconcile, post
• Sorting Preparing Statements to be mailed
• Buying group file uploads/e-mailed
• Automatic faxing/e-mailing of statements and or invoice summaries
• Inbound/Outbound collection calls
• Refund processing
• NSF check processing
• Process credit applications, conducting full Experian and Trade reference review
• Determine credit limit, notify accounts of adverse findings
• Call accounts for down payments where applicable

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• 2-3 years of credit collections experience
• Prior experience using accounting software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred
• Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses
