State Fund’s Corporate Communications unit has an immediate opening for a dynamic videographer with passion for storytelling to become the Creative Services Manager.

In this role you will:

• Oversee daily tasks tied to creative production
• Produce and execute the areas of video production – pre: researching, planning storyboarding, production: shooting, directing, audio capture, post production- editing, posting final product
• Lead brainstorming sessions with creative teams to create marketing materials/content
• Develop video content strategy for internal and external channels
• Conduct research and analysis to understand video content needs to provide recommendations and help implement as appropriate
• Collaborate with Corp. Communication’s team to align content strategy goals

This position may be filled at one of the following State Fund locations: Fresno, Pleasanton, Sacramento, San Francisco, Stockton or Vacaville.

This position has an option to telework and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs.

Candidates must reside in California to be eligible for this appointment.

• High competency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Media encoder
• Experience using iMovie and Premiere Rush software
• Ability to use iPhone/Mobile devices videography and editing on mobile device
• Experience creating videos for social media with a short turn around
• Knowledge of black magic cinema cameras and/or DSLR or mirrorless camera videography.
• Working knowledge with DSLR style lens and prime lenses, 3-point lighting and green screen.

SALARY: $6,244 - $7,817 per month depending on experience
