Our Creative Resource Coordinators play a key role in the allocation of design, motion graphics, VFX and post resources and ensure necessary staffing for all projects by vetting talent, booking freelancers, and identifying potential talent for MOCEANs Social teams.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively monitor workloads departmental staffing needs to ensure efficiency, project fit and as much balance as possible.- Effectively match freelance talent with project creative and experience needs.
- Support a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
- Help manage freelancer relationships and negotiate all freelancer rates.
- Onboard freelancers and process onboarding docs.
- Act as transition point of contact for new hires.
- Availability to work overtime to meet project needs, with little or no advance notice.
- Research and find resources based on project’s specific needs as well as proactive planning
- 2+ years of experience in a full-service agency setting.
- Understanding of the various integrated agency skill sets across all media.
- An active network of freelance agency creative talent.
Compensation + Benefits
Rate: $20-$25/hr (Non-Exempt)
The actual pay rate offered will depend on a variety of factors, including applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience and geographic location. Total compensation package will also include other elements, including paid time off, subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) participation plus company match.
